Making An Appointment
You can make an appointment to see a GP, a Nurse or a Clinical Pharmacist 2 weeks in advance or on the same day by telephoning 0208 429 9595 or it can be done in person at the surgery.
Please note the phone lines open from 08:30am till 01.00pm and re-open from 04.00pm till 6:30pm from Mondays to Fridays.
We need your cooperation – It is of great help, to indicate what is the problem at the time of booking an appointment to help our staff to determine the length and consulting clinician. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know immediately as there are other people awaiting appointments that could benefit from your cancellation.
Please note minor ailments such as a cold, cough etc. may be seen by a Clinical Pharmacist or a Practice Nurse.
PLEASE NOTE - We are now offering online appointments and online as well as a repeat prescriptions request.
