Making an Appointment
We now use a Total Triage system for all GP appointment requests. This means you’ll need to complete an online form to let us know the reason for your request. Once your form is received, a GP will review it the same day and decide the most appropriate next step. In most cases, we will contact you on the same day your request is submitted.
Completing Your Online Form
All patients are expected to complete their own online consultation form. You can fill it in at any time during our core opening hours, and it will be reviewed within 24 hours.
Need Help With the Form?
If you are digitally challenged or do not have access to a smartphone or computer, our reception team can help you complete the form. Please call during our opening hours, and a member of the team will assist you.
Nursing and Admin Requests
You can also submit some nursing enquiries and appointment requests through our Digital Front Door. If a particular nursing or admin request isn’t available online, please contact the surgery directly.

Failure to Attend Appointments (DNAs)
When a patient does not attend their appointment without informing us, this is recorded as a Did Not Attend (DNA). Missed appointments place additional pressure on NHS services and reduce availability for other patients who need care.
Patients who repeatedly miss appointments may receive a caution letter, and continued non‑attendance could result in removal from the practice list.
Help Us to Help Our Patients
If you can no longer attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need.
If you booked your appointment using a link sent by email or SMS, you can use the same link to change or cancel it. Please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice if you no longer require your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
