Our online consultation system is open from 8:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, and we’re here to help you get the care you need.

When you submit a request, our clinical team will review it carefully and make sure you’re offered the most appropriate support. This might be self‑care advice, a telephone call, a face‑to‑face appointment, or a referral to another service.

If you send a routine request after 6:00pm, we’ll acknowledge it, but you may not receive a response until the next working day.

For your safety, if you have an urgent medical concern between 6:00pm and 6:30pm, please contact the surgery by telephone so we can help you promptly. After 6:30pm, NHS 111 is available for urgent medical advice. In a life‑threatening emergency, always call 999 or go straight to your nearest Accident & Emergency department.
